1. Scope of application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to the purchase and/or use of admission tickets (hereinafter “ticket” or “tickets”) for events of

The LGCY Series GmbH
Lucile-Grahn-Str. 45
81675 Munich
(hereinafter “THE LGCY SERIES”).

(2) THE LGCY SERIES organizes individual events at changing venues. The respective contractual partner when purchasing tickets depends on the event for which the ticket purchase is made.

(3) In the case of purchasing a ticket for an event at the respective venue, the house rules of the venue apply additionally. The respective house rules are available online and are displayed at the venue.

2. Conclusion of contract, payment terms

(1) The order of tickets by the buyer is binding. After review—especially of ticket availability—the order (offer) is confirmed by sending an order confirmation with invoice number in text or written form based on these GTC by THE LGCY SERIES (acceptance). With acceptance, a contract is concluded between THE LGCY SERIES and the buyer (conclusion of contract).

(2) If the buyer purchases tickets for third parties, they must ensure that these third parties are informed about the conditions for access to the venue.

(3) The amount of ticket prices results from the current price list of THE LGCY SERIES; ticket categories are based on the current seating plan of the venue. In addition to the ticket price, shipping costs and/or an appropriate handling fee (e.g. presale fee, system fee, arena fee/facility fee) may be charged.

(4) Payment of the ticket price and any applicable shipping and handling fees is due upon conclusion of the ticket purchase contract.

(5) In the online ticket shop, payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. Payment by SEPA direct debit is only possible if the buyer has previously completed at least one ticket order via credit card or PayPal without payment default. Payment processing is carried out by egocentric Systems GmbH, HerweghstraĂźe 40, 01157 Dresden.

(6) If tickets are sent or handed over before payment of the ticket price, the tickets remain the property of THE LGCY SERIES until full and final payment has been made. Unpaid tickets do not entitle the holder to access any event of THE LGCY SERIES.

3. No right of withdrawal

Even if THE LGCY SERIES offers tickets partly via means of distance communication within the meaning of § 312c (2) BGB and thus a distance contract within the meaning of § 312c (1) BGB may exist, there is no right of withdrawal for the buyer when purchasing a ticket pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. This means that a two-week right of cancellation and return does not apply. Every ticket order is binding immediately after confirmation by THE LGCY SERIES and obliges the buyer to accept and pay for the ordered tickets.

4. Shipping, complaints

(1) If chosen by the buyer, tickets are shipped at the buyer’s cost and risk, unless THE LGCY SERIES or its appointed agent is responsible for intent or gross negligence. The choice of shipping provider is at the discretion of THE LGCY SERIES.

(2) The buyer is obliged to check the tickets upon receipt for correctness regarding number, price, date, seat number, event, and venue. Complaints about incorrect tickets must be submitted immediately, no later than within three working days after receipt, by email or in writing to the address stated in section 10. The decisive factor for meeting the deadline is the invoice document, postal stamp, or email transmission protocol. After expiry of the complaint period, no claims for return or reissue of tickets exist. In the case of justified and timely complaints, THE LGCY SERIES will issue replacement tickets free of charge.

5. Return, loss and refund of tickets

(1) Exchange of tickets is generally excluded. In case of loss, replacement tickets will only be issued in justified cases, which must be proven by the buyer. The costs of issuing replacement tickets shall be borne by the buyer.

(2) If an event is cancelled, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price upon return of the tickets. Handling and shipping fees are not refunded.

(3) If an event is interrupted, no refund is generally granted unless THE LGCY SERIES is responsible for the cancellation of services. This also applies if the buyer leaves the venue before the end of the event. Handling and shipping fees are not refunded.

(4) THE LGCY SERIES reserves the right to reschedule events. In this case, tickets remain valid.

6. Use and resale of tickets, contractual penalty

(1) To prevent violence and criminal offences in connection with attendance at the venue, to enforce venue bans, and to prevent resale of tickets at inflated prices—particularly to maintain THE LGCY SERIES pricing structure, including social aspects—THE LGCY SERIES restricts the transfer and resale of tickets. Commercial resale and transfer of tickets is reserved exclusively to THE LGCY SERIES and authorized entities.

(2) In case of personal inability to attend, tickets may be transferred in exceptional cases. These tickets may not be resold at a price higher than the paid price; a surcharge of up to 10% to cover transaction costs is permitted. It is expressly prohibited to offer or sell tickets publicly, especially via auctions or online platforms (e.g. eBay, classified ads, Facebook) and/or unauthorized ticket platforms (e.g. viagogo, seatwave).

(3) In the case of permitted ticket transfers, the original buyer must inform the new buyer of these GTC. Upon request, buyers must disclose whether, when, which, how many tickets, and at what price they were sold or transferred.

(4) In case of violations, THE LGCY SERIES is entitled to block tickets (including electronically), deny access without compensation, expel persons from the venue, and demand payment of any excess profits from the original buyer if an unauthorized resale has taken place.

(5) THE LGCY SERIES may refuse future ticket sales, issue venue bans, transfer relevant data to other organizers, and impose a contractual penalty at its reasonable discretion (subject to judicial review). The amount depends on the number of tickets offered, sold, transferred, or used. In cases of commercial resale, THE LGCY SERIES may publicly report the incident, including naming the party involved, to prevent future misuse. Further legal claims remain reserved.

7. Admission to the venue, audio and video recordings

(1) The ticket holder irrevocably agrees that THE LGCY SERIES or its agents may create, reproduce, broadcast, and use audio/video recordings of their person in all media, provided legitimate interests do not conflict. Data protection and § 23 (2) German Copyright Act remain unaffected.

(2) Media access for reporting purposes is only allowed with permission and in designated areas. Recording audio, photos, videos, descriptions, or results is prohibited unless for private, non-commercial use. Commercial recording equipment is not permitted.

(3) Bringing banners requires permission. Fireworks, bottles, cans, intoxicants, weapons, and pets are strictly prohibited. Clearly intoxicated persons may be denied entry. Children over 6 require a ticket; reduced tickets require proof. Children under 6 do not need a ticket but have no right to a seat. Violations may result in expulsion without refund.

(4) Admission may be refused if tickets are manipulated or damaged. For discounted tickets, proof of eligibility may be required.

(5) Youth Protection Regulations

In most cases, a parental authorization form is not required.

Children and young persons under the age of 16 may attend the event without being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized supervising adult until 11:00 PM.

Young persons aged 16 and 17 may attend the event without being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized supervising adult until 12:00 AM (midnight).

When accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized supervising adult, attendees under the age of 18 are generally not subject to these time restrictions.

THE LGCY SERIES reserves the right to request valid proof of age and/or authorization of the accompanying person if there is any doubt regarding age or eligibility.

8. Liability

(1) Attendance is at the participant’s own risk. THE LGCY SERIES is liable for personal and property damage only up to insured amounts where legally permitted.

(2) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in case of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages unless gross negligence of essential duties applies.

(3) Claims for injury to life, body, health, under product liability law, or due to fraud remain unaffected.

9. Data protection

THE LGCY SERIES complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is processed only within legal requirements. Further information is available in the privacy policy:
