Shipping and Returns

Below you will find all the information regarding the return of ordered goods such as textiles.

I would like to return/exchange an item.

Here you will find a return slip for the return of ordered goods. Please fill it out accordingly and include it with your return shipment.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our withdrawal form.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

My item is damaged

Should the goods we delivered be defective, please contact us at thelgcyseries@online-ticket.shop with photos, a description of the defect, and your order number. We will then, of course, arrange a free replacement!

I would like to try a different size.

If you would like to try a different size for textiles, please place a new order regardless of whether you are returning the item.

Voluntary Returns / Exchange

For voluntary returns, please ensure products are properly packaged, unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and in perfect condition so that they can be resold. Items with a strong odor (e.g., perfume, deodorant, smoke) or that are soiled (e.g., with makeup) cannot be returned.

Once the package has been processed by us, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Processing a voluntary return can take up to 21 days.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we cannot accept packages without a return label.
